Meditation is a mental discipline learning to let go of the mental chatter so that a new state of relaxation and connection can emerge. Research continues to show the growing benefits of this practice, and everyone has the power to connect with the many subtle layers of their being. One of my biggest passions, I love working with my clients to tap into their own power, incorporating many elements to harness the endless potential in everyone. Musings & Meditation Weekly Class Sundays 11:00-11:50 am
Join us for your newly evolved meditation group. Enjoy a guided mediation each week based on a new topic or technique, a hand out to take home, time for silent meditation or journaling based on musings or questions given to contemplate, grow and evolve. You will have the option to leave after the quiet time or stay and discuss findings afterwards. This can be found on the regular yoga class schedule. There is a suggested $5-10 donation for this class.
