For those of us who love the practice of yoga, but don't feel like they 'fit in' to the yoga 'lifestyle'. For those of us who don't want to feel bad about our meat eating, career chasing, loud music loving bad-assery. Or, for those of us who love everything about yoga but just feel like rocking out an asana practice!
We learn to embrace all aspects of ourselves, breaking the rules a bit to reach our own transformation. For those of us who don't care about philosophy, pranayama or murdras but still want to rock out a sweat to some loud ass music in our asana practice. Just because you like something or don't like something doesn't make you a bad yogi, it makes you a human being-it's yoga for the rest of us!

Introducing Rebel Warrior. If you don't like sweating and loud music with the likes of Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails and Led Zeppelin, then this is NOT the class for you! In our new Rebel Classes we will of course do yoga, focus on proper alignment, and rock out to some good music. We will NOT have soft music, talk about Chakras and chant (although we LOVE that too, but not here!) We will try to sneak in some yoga basics like breathing techniques, because that's yoga too, y'all! We've even created some of our very own bad ass asanas like Rebel Warrior, Dragon Fire, Moon Dog & Stairway to Heaven. So join us- look for REBEL Classes on the schedule and come ready to rock out.
