YogaPilooza Northern Michigan Retreat August 1st-4th, 2019
Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Hiking, Cooking, and Guided Meditation -- all on the private beach of Crystal Conference Center on Crystal Lake, Frankfort, Michigan. Featuring our inspired yoga and Pilates Guides, Sandra Carden, Pam Kampf, Jenny Marchak, Carla Krzysiak, and yours truly.
Enjoy cabin accommodations with an exceptional location for day excursions and "Up North" nightlife. Musings & Meditations-Weekly Meditation Class Sunday Mornings 11:00-11:45 am Suggested $10 donation, all welcome
Musings and Meditations is a weekly class to evolve your practice and enjoy guided as well as silent meditation. Enjoy a guided mediation each week based on a new topic or technique, a hand out to take home, and time for silent meditation or journaling based on musings or questions given to contemplate, grow and evolve. You will have the option to leave after the quiet time or stay and discuss findings afterwards. We will have chairs as well as meditation cushions on the floor for your comfort. No need to bring anything, just be comfortable and silence your cell phones before coming in. The suggested $10 donation this class can be paid the day of with preferably cash but card if needed. Please feel free to walk in for this event, doors open at 10:45.
Goddess Sessions Last Wednesday of the Month 7-8:30 pm
Whether a dedicated yogin, pagan, gardener, accountant, grandmother or spiritualist (or all of the above!) we offer a sacred space for those who embrace nature and work to tap into their Divine Feminine through ritual, manifestation, meditation, and divination. Join us every month to discuss ways to reconnect with nature and follow the natural shift happening in the world. Who We Are: A membership networking group for anybody who owns, manages or works in a holistic health business, OR who is in an outside field (chef, CPA, attorney, librarian, etc.) and has a strong personal philosophy and commitment to holistic life-style. Members should have a positive outlook, be community-minded, and be open to creating and strengthening new relationships here.
Our Purpose: As a collective of like-minded people who want to raise the success level of their businesses, our primary purpose is to get to know each other better, so that we will be better able to serve our clients by referring them to other professionals when called for. Our secondary purpose is to encourage the success of each group member by sharing tips, techniques, and moral support aimed at creating healthy and sustainable business practices.
