I now offer specialized yoga class series that run anywhere from 5-7 weeks. Including series for all levels, including gentle yoga, slow flow, yin, power yoga and more-including My yoga series need a minimum number of people to run a week before class starts. If there series is up and running, you may drop in for $18. This laid back space offers the opportunity to make close connections, receive individual attention and ask questions.
